What is health coaching?

Have you ever wanted to make diet or lifestyle changes, but were unsure of how to get started? Perhaps you’ve made drastic changes in the past but they quickly proved unsustainable? And maybe, like most of us, you are confused by the contradicting advice you hear from doctors, friends, TV & magazines?

That’s where a Health Coach comes in. Health Coaches take the time to listen to your unique concerns and help you identify goals, strategies and solutions that work for you. There is no “one size fits all” approach to health. A Health Coach will help you navigate the world of contradictory nutritional advice to identify exactly what will work for your body and your needs.
