This recipe is such a breeze to make in my Instant Pot. It’s also a great dish to make at the beginning of the week because it’s leftovers are so versatile. Try using some leftover pulled pork for my Homemade Chipotle Salad!

One of my all-time favorite recipes has become a favorite of my readers too and I couldn’t be happier about it. This chicken salad with made with Primal Kitchen Foods mayo (although you can make your own as well) plus red onion, celery and pecans.

These gorgeous little Sweet Potato Orange Cups were certainly a favorite Thanksgiving recipe this year. They make such a cute addition to any holiday table, but can also be enjoyed year long! They are super portable so they’re always great to bring to a friends house for dinner or even on a picnic!

PALEO DAIRY-FREE RANCH DRESSING

I am a pretty huge fan of buffalo wings. When I stopped eating dairy, I was pretty bummed out about not being able to enjoy blue cheese dressing. This completely dairy-free ranch dressing is such a perfect alternative AND it’s incredibly versatile. Even the dairy obsessed won’t know this is dairy free!
