Caffeine Free Chai Latte for Hormonal Health
  1. Boil two cups of water.
  2. While water is heating up, add all remaining ingredients to a high powered blender.
  3. Once the water has come to a boil, add it to the blender.
  4. Combine all ingredients on medium-high until fully combined and frothy.
  5. Pour into one or two mugs and enjoy hot!
