Grilled Asparagus

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Rinse asparagus.
  2. With a vegetable peeler, peel off the skin from the bottom ¾ths of the spears.
  3. Cover asparagus with oil and top with spices.
  4. Place on a hot grill and cook for 3-7 minutes, depending on desired tenderness.
