Green Protein Waffles
  1. Add all wet ingredients (including the banana and spinach) to your Vitamix and blend until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients and whisk well.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry and combine using a wooden spoon or similar.
  4. Heat up your waffle maker and add the entire batch of waffle batter.
  5. Close the lid and wait until the green light turns on.
  6. Ensure that waffles are slightly browned on both sides and cooked all the way through.
  7. Remove and top with your favorite toppings!
