Deli Style Whole30 Cole Slaw
  • 14oz – 16oz slaw mix, or shredded cabbage, broccoli and/or carrot in an equal amount
  • ⅓ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup mayo
  • salt, to taste
  1. In a blender, combine pineapple, apple cider vinegar and mayo until well combined.
  2. Pour blended dressing over your slaw mix or shredded veggies in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Allow to sit covered in the fridge for 2-3 hours, it will be a lot more flavorful if you wait!
