Deli Style Whole30 Cole Slaw

- 14oz – 16oz slaw mix, or shredded cabbage, broccoli and/or carrot in an equal amount
- ⅓ cup frozen pineapple
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup mayo
- salt, to taste
- In a blender, combine pineapple, apple cider vinegar and mayo until well combined.
- Pour blended dressing over your slaw mix or shredded veggies in a large bowl and mix well.
- Allow to sit covered in the fridge for 2-3 hours, it will be a lot more flavorful if you wait!
